New iPad Wi-FI Issue Investigated by Apple
Apple’s new iPad went on sale last month, and some customers began complaining that their new device had trouble connecting to wireless networks.
Apple, one of the world’s most valuable companies, is actively investigating the WI-FI problem on the new iPad.
Recently, the company released an AppleCare document that alluded to its investigation. According to the AppleCare document, there are three reasons for capturing new iPads with Wi-Fi problems: intermittent connectivity, slow Wi-Fi speeds, and the Wi-Fi network not seen.
Apple instructed its AppleCare employees to verify that the problem is hardware-related, rather than software-related, before accepting returns and sending the units, according to media sources.
In addition to the Wi-FI trouble, some users are upset about the heating problem in the new Apple iPad. According to users, the new tablet is uncomfortable to hold when certain applications are running for long periods of time.
